TuneBoy App Privacy Policy

Last updated: 30 September 2026

This policy covers the TuneBoy mobile apps for iPhone, iPad, Mac and Android, including TuneBoy Live, published by TuneBoy Pty Ltd (“TuneBoy”, “we”). In short: TuneBoy Live does not collect any personal information. Everything it reads from your motorcycle stays on your device.

What the app does

TuneBoy Live connects to the TuneBoy WiFi-CAN adapter plugged into your motorcycle, reads and edits the ECU trim tables, and displays and logs live engine data. It talks to the adapter directly over your local WiFi network. This is why the app asks for Local Network access.

Information we do not collect

Information that stays on your device

The app stores the following locally, on your phone or tablet only. None of it is sent to TuneBoy or anyone else.

You can share a log or trim file yourself using your device’s share options. When you do, you choose where it goes. Deleting the app removes everything it has stored.

Connections the app makes

Children

TuneBoy apps are intended for motorcycle owners and tuners and are not directed at children.

Changes to this policy

If we change how the apps handle information, we will update this page and the date above before the change takes effect.
